1. Overview of shank bolt
PDC shank bolt are mainly used for coal mine, water conservancy and hydropower, construction and communication penetration. Their life is 10-30 times of alloy bits. Usually the anchor shank drill bits have 2 or 3 wings.
2. Application of PDC shank bolt
Model | Application | |
Two-wing PDC anchor drill bits | Half-piece PDC drill bits | Soft-medium hard formation of f≤8 |
Complete-piece PDC drill bits | Medium-hard formation of f≤10
Reinforced PDC drill bits | Hard formation of f≤15
Triple-wing PDC anchor drill bits | Half-piece PDC drill bits | Hard formation of f≤15 |
Reinforced half-piece PDC drill bits | Hard formation of f≤16
3. Advantage of PDC shank bolt
LD PDC anchor shank drill bits adopts high quality PDC cutters and advanced brazing technology
- LD PDC anchor shank drill bits have high impact resistance and stable performance
- LD PDC anchor shank drill bits can be applied to rock formation of f≤12,like gravel, granite, limestone, etc.
4. Type of PDC roof bolting bits
